Resources and Performance Division (dm)

The 13th Coast Guard District's (D13) Finance Management Branch (dmf) advises the Chief of Staff in the development and administration of the budgetary program  for the District and ensures the efficient management and utilization of District funds.  D13 dmf also advocates for the District Commander and all District units in the Coast Guard budget formulation and execution process and serves as D13 staff principal financial management advisor, managing the planning and execution of finance programs for the District in accordance with CG-8 and CFO policy.

The 13th Coast Guard District's (D13) Personnel Management Branch (dmp) advises the District Commander, staff, and field units on the personnel readiness and support functions for over 2000 personnel.
