Welcome to the official website for USCGC WASHINGTON (WPB-1331), berthed in Apra Harbor, Guam. The Coast Guard Cutter WASHINGTON conducts a variety of missions throughout the Marianas Island and other portions of the Western Pacific Ocean and Philippine Sea. The cutter arrived in Guam in August of 2006 after being based in Honolulu, HI for several years.

USCGC WASHINGTON is named after Washington Island, Wisconsin, located in Lake Michigan and is the second cutter to bear our first President's name. The first, USRC (U.S. Revenue Cutter) WASHINGTON, performed nobly during the Second Seminole War  from 1835-1837 and began the long tradition of excellence still embodied by the ship and her crew today. Whether you are a newly assigned crew member, family or friend of the cutter, or just surfing the web, thank you for visiting our site!
