Oceania District Waterways (dpw) is responsible for the maintenance of all federal aids to navigation (ATON), regulation of private aids to navigation (PATON), issuance of Local Notice to Mariners (LNM), and evaluating navigable waterways to ensure adequate marking. Additionally, Oceania District (dpw) serves as the program manager for Oceania’s ATON servicing units.
