Check In Form

Please print out and bring with you the PSU 305 check in sheet with your information filled out on top as best you can. You will need to complete this check in procedure quickly and turn it in to the YN's.

Government Travel Card

To obtain a DHS Travel Card you must complete the mandated training in CG Portal and complete the online application through the PPC Website - PPC GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CHARGE CARD INFORMATION GTCC PROGRAM UPDATES - ALCGPSC-058/14

If you require an expedited card please contact the below coordinator. As a reminder if you are traveling please contact us at least 5 days prior to traveling to ensure your account is still active and to determine if you require a credit increase.
