When transferring to Air Station Barbers Point you will fly into Honolulu International Airport.  The Air Station is located on the Leeward (West Side) of the island, about 25 minutes from Honolulu International. Oahu is separated into 5 main areas: Honolulu, the North Shore, the Windward Coast, Central Oahu and the Leeward Coast. The members of Air Station Barbers Point live all over the island, some enjoying the quick commute from the growing Kapolei neighborhoods just outside of the Air Station while others commute across the island to enjoy the scenic Windward Coast in Kailua and Kaneohe Bay.  The island is very diverse in both culture and landscape and has many great housing opportunities to fit the needs of all the Air Station Members.
